If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. Any paid shipping fees are not refundable.

  • Please note that for logistical reasons, we don’t offer exchanges. Instead, simply apply for a refund and place another order at your convenience.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items which are not in saleable condition.
  • In the event that the product is not in mint condition, only a partial refund will be issued.
  • Returns shipping and duty fees (if applicable) are at the customer’s expense.
  • Returns are only accepted online for items purchased directly from We are unable to accept online returns from purchases made through an Arkel dealer. If you have purchased from a third-party retailer, you should return the products directly to the location where they were purchased.

Please complete the following steps:

  1. Fill out and submit the return form via the Returns Portal. An Arkel staff member will promptly give you a Return Authorization Number.
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number and your name on the outside of the box. Failure to do this may delay or jeopardize your refund.
  3. Ship the package to the return address provided by our team. Upon reception, our staff will initiate a refund via your payment method, which can take up to 15 business days to appear on your bank statement.
