Returns and Repairs
Arkel makes the best panniers in the world, but maybe the bags are not what you expected, you've changed your mind, or a trip has been canceled. We understand that it is not always easy to buy things sight unseen! You can simply return the unused panniers within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Note that you are responsible for the return shipping.
To return your order, we ask that you contact us beforehand by e-mail and we will promptly give you a Return Authorization Number. This number should be written on the outside of the box and on any documentation sent back. We appreciate that you obtain an RA Number before returning your order. Failure to do this may delay or jeopardize your refund.
Repairs US and Canada
US and Canada labor laws and common decency require that Item(s) being returned for repair(s) must be clean. Please wash the item(s) before returning them to us, dirty items will be refused and return to you. Normal turnaround time for repairs is 6 to 8 weeks, this includes the time for shipping, and processing the repair(s).
If you feel like telling us why you are returning them, we'd appreciate it. We like to improve our products!
