Perfect sizing
This bag has a neat and well-defined box shape that makes it perfect for carrying everything from a wallet to a six-pack - without showing it!

Swooping aluminum clamps
Two beautifully sculpted clamps are the heart of the handlebar attachment system. They're made of 6061-T6 aluminum, which makes them the stiffest and lightest available today.

Easy glide in system
The glide in plates at the back of the handlebar bag are made of smooth stainless steel. The mating of the bag to the clamps, by sliding the bag on the clamps from the top, creates a rattle-free fit.

   Unified & clean look
Once engaged the whole system looks and behaves like it's made from one solid piece. Notice how the slim profile of the clamps allows you to attach other accessories, such as a computer.

  Airy and light design
This side view shows how airy and light the system is - with no rough edges whatsoever. Enlarging the picture shows how the internal spring locks the system in place.

  Adjustable sideways
Notice the horizontal slots in the clip plates - they allow the system to be adjusted sideways so each clamp can be located individually on the handlebar, just in case you have accessories or have a special handlebar as shown on this bike.

   Removing the bag
To remove the bag all it takes is to depress the spring at the top of the plates, pull up and the bag will glide upward and disengage very easily.

Clips on the back of the bag
The stainless steel clip-plates on the bag are fully adjustable - sideways too! From one inch apart to a full four inches. They are smooth and with an incredibly wide stance for the best sway control ever.

   Covering the clips
The panel is actually a full double layers of Cordura fabric that will cover the clip-plates, no matter what their adjustment for your bike is—wide or narrow. The Velcro strips will align like a train on a track.

   Clips covered and protected
Thus covered the clip-plates are not only invisible, but protected too. Mostly it is to protect your clothes and be softer on your side when carrying the bag with you. The plates themselves are so thin that they barely show at all under the flap.

   Pull handle over the clips
Just over the plate, in-line with the slides, there's a small grappling handle to ease manipulation during installing and removing of the bag. It takes very very little, but it makes all the difference. Beauty is in the simple details.

  Side D-rings
On each side of the bag we installed the strongest and most stable D-rings we could find so you can carry the bag with the shoulder strap (included) without fear of the D-rings bursting open.

  Strong Hooks
To match the strength of the D-rings we equip the shoulder strap with equally strong hooks. They're easy to clip on and off and look good too!

Just the right hand bag size
When off the bike with the shoulder strap, the bag has just the right size to look inconspicuous.

  Useful front pocket
At the front of the bag we placed pocket, useful for all those items that we need quickly - like a wallet, keys or glasses. A rain flap covers the zipper.

  Mesh pockets on the side
While we found out that most people will use the side mesh pockets to carry paper tissue or sunscreen, it's nevertheless quite practical. Notice how we built these ones with pleats and elasticized volume to accept larger items. A better mousetrap, no doubt!

  Reflective stripe for safety
We stitched on a reflective stripe on the front because safety has no price. It does not replace active lighting, but adds a margin of safety that is always welcome!

   Water resistant map holder
A water resistant, translucent map holder allows you to slide in a road map or directions for your ride. It's handy and easy to read.

  Cavernous main compartment
Although this is our small handlebar bag, we made sure that it would be as useful as possible. You can put lots of stuff in there, and the waterproof zipper will keep water at bay as much as possible (we have rain covers for longer rides under a downpour).

  Removable inner lining
A zipper located inside allows you to zip out the lining. This is a lifesaver when you spill a bottle of juice or forget about a chocolate bar on a warm day.

   Washable liner
Since it is possible to completely remove the inner lining, it can be dropped in the washing machine to really get that melted chocolate bar out!

  Accessing the inner screws
Removing the lining allows access to the screws holding the handlebar plates. Should you need to adjust the plates for your specific bike, slacken the screws a bit, adjust then re-tighten. It's as simple as that!

Great handlebar bag Review by Sprocketspinner

I bought this last year for a two week bike trip from Vancouver to Saskatchewan. I liked the size and it was on sale too. When i got it home I mounted it following the instructions. I found it a bit finicky at first to line everything up without binding when removing the bag. Once set up it still seemed sticky to remove from the mounts. I removed the hardware and melted some candle wax coating the points where the bag and clamps slide. I then reinstalled the hardware and what a difference! It is very easy to take on and off the mounts. The bag itself is well thought out and I really enjoy the mess side pockets. The map case is nice as is the size of the bag. It held what I needed without the chance of over stuffing it. One thing I would like to see is the convex plastic lid insert as on the big bag. It would help from water pooling on the lid. I plan on making one myself from the reminants of a 'crazy carpet' toboggan. I would highly recomend this bag to anyone. Its clear you take pride in what you do. The workmanship is top rate. Bravo!
