Shipping policy |

We ship all U.S. orders from our Derby Line, Vermont warehouse, so there are no customs/border issues whatsoever. Returns for credit, exchange or warranty are to be sent to our Vermont address. Simple and easy! UPS Shipping Options: Our online order form offers 4 different UPS service levels that you can choose from (Ground, 3 day select, 2nd day air, Next day air). The appropriate charges will appear automatically on your order form for you to choose.
Transit Time: Unless requested otherwise, orders are shipped by UPS from our Vermont warehouse. UPS Ground usually gets it to your door in 1 to 7 business days depending on your location. Orders received before 10:30 am EST are processed and shipped on the day the order is received (Monday thru Friday).
If ever there is a problem with your order we will contact you via e-mail. If you have special needs just call us (1-888-592-7535) or send us an e-mail.
Confirmation: You will receive both an automated confirmation right after you place your order and a second email with the UPS tracking information once the order is shipped.
UPS or Other: If want us to ship your order using a different carrier, simply let us know in the comment box at the end of the online order form. We will e-mail you a personalized confirmation indicating the total shipping cost for the service you requested. We always wait for your final approval before processing the order. APO and FPO etc.: If you are using an APO or FPO type shipping address, we will ship USPS expedited service. Our system does not automatically quote USPS services so we will e-mail you a personalized confirmation indicating the USPS shipping cost. We then wait for your approval before processing the order.
