“They’re made from shiny looking waterproof neoprene that is welded similarly to a wetsuit seam. This not only gives a smooth styling but means your feet remain perfectly dry. These are top quality overshoes at very reasonable price. The rear zipper has internal neoprene flaps that pull together as they are zipped up to keep you dry. At the top of the zip is a Velcro strap to seal things around your legs. Reflective logos and strips on the rear zip certainly help on the safety front.”
