Arkel makes the best panniers in the world, but maybe the bags are not what you expected, you've changed your mind, or a trip has been canceled. We understand that it is not always easy to buy things sight unseen! You can simply return the unused panniers within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To return your order, we ask that you contact us beforehand by e-mail and we will promptly give you a Return Authorization Number. This number should be written on the outside of the box and on any documentation sent back. We appreciate that you obtain a RA Number before returning your order. Failure to do this may delay or jeopardize your refund.

Repairs US and Canada

US and Canada labour laws, and common decency, requires that Item(s) being returned for repair(s) must be clean. If not there will be an extra charge of $40.00 to have them sent to the cleaners before commencing repair(s). Normal turnaround time for repairs is 6 to 8 weeks, this includes the time for shipping, and processing the repair(s).
